AHMCP type aluminum oxide is made by coating the ferric oxide on the surface of the calcined aluminum oxide grains, the result of this kind of processing improve the grain size surface area ratio, hydrophilic ability and grinding efficiency, also the grain toughness improved. AHMCP type is widely used in making high speed sanding belt as well as premium quality coated abrasive products.
